Executive Team

Dusty - Chief Executive

Dusty is the Chief Executive of The Bridge House Theatre. So if you’re from HMRC it’s him you need to speak to. He’s also the on-site rehearsal dog. He has spent his five years in the UK, since arriving from a kill shelter in Romania, observing rehearsals and feeding back to the creative team. If the play is too slow, he yawns. If the play is too loud, he barks, if the acting is bad, he sighs, if it’s just terrible all round, he gets up from his bed, pushes the theatre door open and goes to beg the chefs for chicken. His favourite things are exciting new writing, the plays of Shakespeare and Chekhov, and dragging his arse across Luke’s carpet.
Previous rehearsal room credits include: Masterclass, GhostTown, What A Gay Day! The Larry Grayson Story, Sleeping Beauty, That Girl vs The World, Jack & The Beanstalk, The Girl in the Green Room, One Under Par, One Last Waltz, Richard Parker, 21 Round for Christmas, The Man In The Shed, Under Electric Candlelight and Dick Whittington

Luke Adamson - Artistic Director

Luke is an award winning actor, writer, and director with over twenty five years of experience. Before moving to The Bridge House Theatre he spent four very successful years as Associate Director at the Hope Theatre in Islington working alongside Artistic Director Matthew Parker. His acting career has spanned over two decades and has taken him everywhere from Penzance to the Cairngorms. He is passionate about grassroots theatre and his work has been nominated and won multiple awards. His plays are published by Renard Press.

Ellie Ward - Associate Director

Ellie joined The Bridge House Theatre team in January 2025.
Since then her critically acclaimed work at The Bridge House Theatre includes YELLOW THINGS, THE DIARY OF A PROVINCIAL LADY and FALLING FOR. She also appears in PENGE WEST.
