Lauren Williams is a professionally trained actress and experienced creative facilitator with over 15 years’ experience as a nanny, developing exceptional skills in engaging, entertaining and inspiring children of all ages. Combining performance, storytelling and hands-on creativity, she delivers fun, imaginative workshops in puppetry and puppet making for babies, children, teenagers and families. Participants create their own unique puppets before bringing them to life through play, character and storytelling. Lauren’s warm, encouraging approach helps build confidence, communication, imagination and creativity, ensuring every participant leaves with new skills, lasting memories and a puppet full of personality.

Improvisation Workshop
Lauren Williams is a professionally trained actress, improviser and facilitator with a passion for helping people of all ages discover the benefits of improvisation. Drawing on her background in performing arts, youth theatre and therapeutic approaches, she creates welcoming, playful workshops that build confidence, creativity and connection.
Alongside developing performance and storytelling skills, Lauren is passionate about improvisation as a tool for enhancing communication, empathy, problem-solving and psychological flexibility. Whether you’re an experienced performer or simply curious to try something new, her workshops offer a supportive space to laugh, experiment, take creative risks and discover what improvisation can bring to everyday life.
